Mario Casciano Back in 1976, my guidance counselor at Edward R. Murrow High School in Brooklyn asked me to tutor a new student in algebra. He introduced himself and opened up this notebook that was already filled.. with drawings, wordplay, humor and these crowns. "We're not going to be doing algebra, are we?" and he laughed. And we didn't. He's been a bright light in my life ever since, now quite literally. A work of art in itself.
