Yes, we ship internationally. We ship all international orders with tracking and insurance at our best rate to your address via UPS, USPS or DHL. Most products can be shipped to international addresses. All UPS and DHL orders are trackable. The recipient is responsible for all applicable customs duties, tariffs, taxes, or Value Added Tax (VAT), which are collected by the carrier upon delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to be aware of and settle any such charges. The Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago Store is not responsible for duties, taxes, or delays caused by customs.

Returns are accepted up to 30 days after receipt of merchandise for items in original condition. Please note: the item returned must be in its original packaging in saleable condition. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Sale items are final sale and not returnable except when damaged or defective. Please follow the instructions on the packing list and complete and include the “return reason” section when sending your order back. We suggest shipping your return back to us via insured, traceable means if not using the self-serve return label. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please send an email to orders@mcachicago.org or call 312-397-4000 to initiate prompt resolution of the situation. Do not discard the damaged item, the carton it arrived in, the packing material, or the paperwork. Please do not return damaged items to the MCA Store at 220 E. Chicago Avenue until we ask you to do so. Sale items are non-returnable except when damaged or defective. Some other items are non-returnable, as noted in the product information. We reserve the right to cancel orders.
